Point Loma Marina offers 36' to 100' slips and end ties from 50' to 178'. Included with your berth at this spectacular facility are various amenities.

    • Concrete Docks -
      All docks are concrete single slips. Several specialty designed slips are available for power boats with wide beams and large swim steps. Our squared off slip corners allow no hassle dockage and large area. The slips are state of the art and 50 year maintenance free docks installed by Bellingham Marine, the largest and most experienced marina builder in the world.
    • Pump-out -
      Point Loma Marina slips offer easy connectivty to our built in sewer system. Pump-out your holding tank with ease without moving your vessel. Do-it-yourself slip pump-out is free for tenants, weekly or monthly pump-out service are available for a nominal fee.
    • Phone -
      Each dock box is wired and cabled for phone service.
    • Power -
      An individual meter available on each dock box allows power to your vessel. Each slip has its own meter and you are only invoiced for your usage and a basic service fee.
    • Satellite Television -
      A state of the art High Definition DirecTV distribution system is located at your personal dock box and is equipped to deliver multiple DirecTV satellite signals to your boat. All of this with only one wire for one or more receivers or DVR's. Service is offered by Commercial Satellite. (Contact the marina office for more information)
    • Side Ties -
      Several side ties are available for your skiff, dinghy, or small watercraft - 12' minimum.

Slip Pricing

Slip fees are based on the overall length of the vessel or slip size whichever is greater. Neither vessel nor any part of vessel may project into the fairway more than 3 feet. The LOA or length overall of any vessel is defined as the distance from the most forward of the vessel to the furthest position aft, including pulpits, anchors, davits, swimsteps, etc.
